SEF-A-Palooza 2014 is a wrap, and the collateral this year was fun to create. For this year’s gala, the foundation used a “Jewels” theme that extended to honoring a few specific individuals designated Jewels of the [school] District. In addition to dinner and dancing, the event includes a silent auction with an extensive selection of items from local businesses, and a few choice live auction items (private suite at Staples center, anyone?). Check out my SEF-A-Palooza portfolio page for the rest of the collateral, and to see how it has changed over time.
- Invitation package for the 2014 annual gala, packet included an A7 envelope & A2 return envelope, a 5×7″ invitation card printed 4/4 and 1/4 page ticket forms printed 1/1. To economize, ticket cards were printed 4-up in-house. Client felt confident enough in the established identity to strike out with a new color scheme in my 3rd year (4th annual event).
The local foundation is once again offering their spectacularly successful Summer Academy. Using the identity and some of the themes I set up last year, I’ve added a hand-drawn group of students to adorn most of the collateral this year. Much better than using stock photos like last year! Follow the evolution on my Summer Academy portfolio page.
