Archival Materials

Only professional quality, archive-tested materials are used in artwork sold on this site. My process utilizes professional surface preparation on acid-free, lignin-free substrates; I use paint and marking tools with the highest pigmentation loads in modern, archival binders.

Completed work gets a final isolation coating and then a protective UV spirit varnish. This preserves the artwork and protects it from dust, while allowing the use of a damp cloth for cleaning.

No pigment is designed to be displayed in direct sunlight; I have taken great care to ensure that my artwork will retain the original color values in a normal indoor setting for many years.
